Mary Vincent serves as a Science and Technology Advisor to YStrategies, a Clean Tech Investment Firm commercializing National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) technology. Previous roles include: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at SK Telecom Americas Innopartners, a Venture Fund and Accelerator for Core Technology Companies in Silicon Valley California, reviewing deal flow of startup companies, performing engineering due diligence, and mentoring and sourcing potential companies for evaluation. Mary was Co-Founder Co-CTO and Head of Product Engineering for a smart e-textile wearable computing company, leading global wearable computing architecture innovation, integration, testing, quality, big data and analytics strategy and technical engagement. Mary's startup was accepted into the Intel Make it Wearable Semifinals and she traveled to Taiwan and China to work with a Cardiologist and manufacturers. Mary's background also includes work at Sun Microsystems Java Engineering leading Engineering Initiatives including CRM/IT Systems/Analytics and J2ME/Javacard Release Management for 8 years, with multiple promotions and being accepted into the exclusive Sun Engineering program to groom future executives.
